Grief and Loneliness

Many of you may have lost a love one, perhaps a child. For many parents, loosing a child can be devastating. Aborted babies, miscarriages, and other children who have not yet reached the age of accountability automatically go to Heaven and are with Jesus right now. They are at a better place and have complete peace and joy. Just sit back and imagine Jesus holding your child as you would. When you get to Heaven, your child will be waiting for you. Jesus is just being a babysitter.

For other lost loved ones, we can not judge whether they are in Heaven or Hell. The Bible says we are not to judge.
Matthew 7:1-2 "Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.  We do not know if the person accepted Christ at the last moment or not. Just because the person did not accept Christ aloud, does not mean anything. You do not have to pray aloud to be heard by the Lord. Also, just because a person was performing a sinful act before dying, he could have accepted Christ at the last second.

Luke 23:32-43
32 There were also two others, criminals, led with Him to be put to death. 33 And when they had come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified Him, and the criminals, one on the right hand and the other on the left. 34 Then Jesus said, "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do." And they divided His garments and cast lots. 35 And the people stood looking on. But even the rulers with them sneered, saying, "He saved others; let Him save Himself if He is the Christ, the chosen of God." 36 The soldiers also mocked Him, coming and offering Him sour wine, 37 and saying, "If You are the King of the Jews, save Yourself." 38 And an inscription also was written over Him in letters of Greek, Latin, and Hebrew: THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS. 39 Then one of the criminals who were hanged blasphemed Him, saying, "If You are the Christ, save Yourself and us." 40 But the other, answering, rebuked him, saying, "Do you not even fear God, seeing you are under the same condemnation? 41 And we indeed justly, for we receive the due reward of our deeds; but this Man has done nothing wrong." 42 Then he said to Jesus, "Lord, F157 remember me when You come into Your kingdom." 43 And Jesus said to him, "Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise."

I heard of a story one time about a person being drunk and accepting Christ. It seems that even-though this person was extremely drunk, Jesus still go through to him. After he had accepted Christ he was sober and was truly born again. He went on to serve the Lord. The Lord can get through any emotional problem, substance abuse influence or religious influences. I know of another story where the person was in the middle of a satanic ritual and the Lord literally spoke to him. He heard God say clearly, “Look what you are doing to me.” This person immediately stopped what he was doing and sought Jesus. Today, this person has a calling to be a pastor. As you can see, the Lord can reach anyone no matter what they are doing at the time. So, yes it is possible that your loved one could have accepted Christ.

So do not worry whether your loved one is in Heaven or Hell, it is not for us to judge that. It is the Lord, who judges.  Have peace and joy right now, I pray, in Jesus name. When ever you are down, just imagine your loved one in Heaven, worshipping the Lord. There is no pain or suffering in Heaven. Only joy and peace. So think of the joy and peace that your loved one is having right now, this will in turn help you find peace and joy.
